Program description

CoachSMS is a recurring text-message program that delivers AI fitness coaching, workout guidance, accountability reminders, streak updates, and account notifications to subscribers who opt in.

How you opt in

You opt in by signing up for CoachSMS with your mobile number (verified by a one-time code) and/or by texting our number. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from CoachSMS at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase outside the Service itself.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and is recurring — it depends on how often you text your coach and the reminder schedule you set. You are in control: change your reminder settings any time on your dashboard or by texting your coach.

Cost

CoachSMS does not charge a per-message carrier fee, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier depending on your plan. Your CoachSMS subscription separately includes a monthly allotment of message credits as described on our pricing page.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To rejoin, reply START at any time.

Supported carriers

CoachSMS is supported on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and conditions.
